As a systems supplier for environmental technology, we strengthened our contacts and presented solutions for various industries.
We once again exhibited at the VAK e.V. joint stand in a small shared pavilion alongside Kanalreiniger.eu and WIEDEMANN enviro tec GmbH. We can look back on a largely successful and positive experience at IFAT 2026 in Munich. The world’s leading trade fair for environmental technologies once again demonstrated its central importance for the European environmental, recycling and circular economy sectors. As an international meeting place for decision-makers from companies, municipalities and trade associations, the fair provided an ideal setting for networking and exchanging ideas. To celebrate the 60th anniversary of IFAT, the trade fair attracted around 142,000 visitors from almost 160 countries. With around 3,400 exhibitors from over 60 countries, the trade fair reached new record highs. These figures reflect the importance of the circular and water management sectors as key global industries.
As a system supplier in environmental technology, we offer practical solutions for various industries and application areas represented at IFAT. These include sectors such as water and wastewater technology, municipal infrastructure, industrial applications, and resource-efficient processes. The trade fair thus provided an ideal platform to discuss existing solutions through direct exchange, better understand industry-specific requirements, and develop new approaches for future projects.
For us, the focus was particularly on personal dialogue with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders. Existing contacts were maintained, deepened, and further developed through concrete discussions. At the same time, IFAT provided the opportunity to identify new points of contact and strategically expand our own network.
“For us, IFAT is one of the most important platforms in Europe for addressing industry developments at an early stage, strengthening existing partnerships, and initiating new discussions,” says Dirk Loske, Managing Director. “As a system supplier, we see it as our mission to offer well-thought-out and implementable solutions for the diverse requirements of environmental technology. The direct exchange on-site has once again shown how important personal encounters are for sustainable collaboration and successful projects.”
The trade show made it clear that topics such as resource conservation, the circular economy, digitalization, and sustainable environmental technologies are continuing to gain importance in Europe. For us, participation was therefore not only an opportunity to observe the market and the industries, but also an important step toward further solidifying our own position as a reliable partner and system supplier in the field of future-oriented environmental technology.
We would like to thank all visitors, discussion partners, and partners for the constructive exchange at IFAT 2026 and look forward to following up on the ideas generated in the coming weeks and months.
The next IFAT in Munich will take place from May 29 to June 1, 2028.
